A donation does not increase the odds of any single entry winning, but multiple entries increase your total number of chances. 1.Purpose & Overview: The Bama State F Phi B Tailgate Sweepstakes is designed to raise funds for the ASU F Phi B Football Alumni Association’s charitable initiatives, including mentorship programs, scholarships, and community uplift. This Playbook provides the official framework, operational guidance, and compliance rules for executing the sweepstakes annually in accordance with Alabama law. 2.How to Enter: a.Virtual – Unlimited Participants can donate $10 per entry via the website. Each $10 donation equals one entry. Donors must include their full name and phone number in the note. Additional donations increase the total number of entries. b.In-Person Entries – Unlimited Participants can buy tickets at the MCC Tailgate table using cash or by showing CashApp confirmation. Each $10 contribution equals one ticket. Tickets are torn from a numbered roll, and stubs are placed into the secure drawing box. c.Free Entry (Online Form) – One per Person Participants may submit one free entry using the official Online Form before 11:59 PM CST on October 23, 2025. Duplicate free entries, as determined by matching identifying information, will result in all related entries being voided. 3.DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on 10/25/2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions shall be final. They may provide financial contributions or donated items. All sponsors must complete a Sponsor Commitment Form. Contributions must be voluntary and documented.
